Doug Henzlik has shaped successful projects across the country with a deep entrepreneurial passion. His 25 plus years of expertise include all aspects of the development process including leasing, marketing, entitlements, financing, and construction. Doug is instrumental in directing the company’s focus, and forges relationships with tenants, financial partners, and municipalities. His relationship-oriented approach has been a trademark of his success.
Doug grew up in Leawood, KS and attended the University of Kansas where he was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity, and a member of the KU basketball team, playing in the 1986 Final Four Tournament.
He began his career in the commercial brokerage business in 1989 with Leo Eisenberg in Charleston, SC. In 1993, Doug started a branch office in Charleston, SC for JDN, the largest developer of Wal-Marts in the mid 1990’s and one of the largest strip center REIT’s in the Country, with an average 115 properties in its portfolio.
In 1997, Doug and Tyler Oliver formed Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate where they focused on tenant representation, value-add and build to suit development deals for National retailers. Henzlik-Oliver enjoyed a prosperous partnership and friendship that has lasted over 18 years.
Today, Doug continues his tradition of innovation and success with renewed focus on value-add and build to suit developments. He has acquired, developed or redeveloped, both independently and through his partnerships, over 3-million square feet of retail. He has worked with well-known national brands such as: The Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply Company, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Mattress Firm, Staples, AT&T, Food Lion, AWG Grocery Stores, O’Reilly Automotive, and AutoZone.
Doug and his wife, Leslie, have been married for 25 years, have one son and two daughters, and live in Stilwell, KS. Doug also has two brothers; an older brother who is also in the real estate business and a younger brother with Down’s Syndrome who works at Dillion’s Grocery Stores. Doug has always placed “Christ” first in his life and has grown up in the Church. His love for kids, Christ and the game of basketball led him to starting Rise Above, a 501c3 organization that will focus on discipling coaches to become mentors to basketball players of all ages.

With over 36 years of commercial real estate experience, David Henzlik has been an integral part of Link Property Advisors, bringing unparalleled expertise in development, acquisitions, and leasing. David's career began in St. Louis at the Leo Eisenberg Company, one of the nation's largest shopping center developers. He then advanced to serve as Director of Leasing for JDN Realty Corporation in Atlanta, a REIT specializing in grocery-anchored and value-oriented retail projects. During his 13 years at JDN, David managed an 11.1-million-square-foot portfolio across 19 states, forging lasting relationships with national retailers and delivering exceptional results.
Following DDR's (now Site Centers Corp.) acquisition of JDN, David founded Henzlik Company Real Estate Services, where he honed his expertise in developing and managing retail and mixed-use shopping centers. At Link, David applies his vast knowledge and proven track record to guide clients through every aspect of the real estate process. His ability to listen, problem-solve, and execute with precision has made him an invaluable asset to the team.
David's impact extends beyond his professional achievements. He and his wife Andrea, a successful Atlanta-based interior designer, have been married for over 36 years and share pride in their four children-Morgan, Taylor, Coleby, and Shae-and three grandchildren, Tolliver, Wade, and Poppy. Outside of his career, David is an accomplished Xterra triathlete, Ironman competitor, and Eagle Scout, embodying dedication and perseverance in all aspects of life.

Kate Worner brings a strong foundation in financial analysis and property accounting to Henzlik
Real Estate Companies. With a background in commercial real estate and healthcare finance,
Kate is known for her precision, efficiency, and commitment to delivering insightful, data-driven
financial reporting.
Prior to joining Henzlik, Kate served as a Property Accountant at Block Real Estate Services,
where she oversaw financial operations for a portfolio of 25 properties. Her responsibilities
included month-end closings, CAM and tax reconciliations, budget support, and variance
analysis. Kate played a key role in reducing outstanding receivables by 65% and improving
forecast accuracy, demonstrating a clear understanding of financial strategy and operational
impact.
Kate began her career in healthcare finance with the University of Kansas Health System,
where she developed a detail-oriented approach and honed her skills in account reconciliation,
reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.
She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of
Science in Accounting from Park University. Kate’s academic and professional achievements
reflect her passion for accuracy, continuous improvement, and supporting real estate teams with
dependable financial guidance.

Throughout her career, Mandy has focused on a wide range of marketing disciplines from corporate communication and business development to branding and community relations. Constantly inspired and fascinated by the ever-changing world of new media, Mandy joins the Henzlik team with a varied skill set built on eighteen years’ experience working in varied industries.
Having been afforded a versatile and unique perspective that transcends a twelve year history in the healthcare industry and more recent experience in commercial real estate, Mandy brings a “can-do” work style in regards to planning, executing and measuring the performance of a wide range of marketing initiatives including strategic planning, public relations, branding, social media, and research.
